What is the Performance Game Board?
The Performance Game Board (PGB) is a rejuvenated version of the USA Rugby High Performance Committee. The PGB is tasked with overseeing performance player development pathways, and includes representatives from sevens, senior men's 15s, senior women's 15s, women's collegiate, men's collegiate, and high school academies, as well as international athletes and some ex officio members of USA Rugby.

Starting in the 2017-2018 competition cycle, the sevens working group of the PGB will be responsible for the 7s development pathway, including oversight of NDAs, as well the oversight and management of the Club 7s National Championship and all Club 7s qualifiers.

The sevens working group of the PGB will be meeting throughout the 2017 Club 7s National Championship weekend to build an effective plan for 7s seasonality, competition space, and the structure of future sevens events and opportunities. All attending teams at the 2017 nationals weekend are encouraged to interact with sevens working group personnel, who will be identified closer to the event.
